Year 2008 in Super Play's kennel Year 2008 was extremely successful for Super Play’s kennel. Especially the show dogs have kept the flags flying. Many agility dogs have also started their careers. We’ve had over 30 000 visitors during the year which has made us very happy.

One of the greatest achievements during the year was the pepper&salt success of the Super Play’s breeder’s class which was placed all in all eight times in the final ring. That made Super Play’s kennel the 15th best breeder in Finland. That sounds like a record…? |

The most shining star of the year 2008 has been young male Super Play’s Ricardo. He was competing actively during the year with magnificent results. 7 times BOB and 6 times placement in the final ring. The brightest achievements were Best In Show win in Karjaa all-breed-show and the Word Winner 2008 –title in Sweden. With these results Cardo ended up being number 32 in the dog of the year competition of all breeds.

We got some new champions this year. Super Play’s Jardinera became FIN CH and Super Play’s Opera Mint N CH. Super Play’s Ocean Wind got his Finnish Championship in the greatest way by being BOB in the main specialty show. Later he earned his Estonian Championship. Super Play’s Glory Story was awarded BOS in main specialty show and she also got the EST CH –title.
Many new Super Play’s schnauzers got CACs. Super Play's Spica, Super Play's Veneranda, Super Play's Sirius, Super Play's Valenzo, Super Play's Donatella, Super Play's Regina, Super Play's Imagine and Super Play's Domiziano got each one or more CACs. In addition Spica was the class winner in World Dog Show and Veneranda was chosen BIS3 in specialty show.
During the year we got also our first black CAC-winner, Super Play's Black Jewel. The only white born in our kennel, Super Play's XO, was having great success. He got several CACs as well as Finnish Winner&Junior Winner 2008 titles.
Black’n’silver brothers Super Play’s Yazzyplayer ja Super Play’s Yazzyman got several CAC’s. In the end of the year Yazzyplayer was also the winner of the big junior class in Finnish Winner show so he got the title Finnish Junior Winner 2008.
The new generation has started their careers in puppy classes. BOB-puppy ribbons have earned Super Play's Hermione, Super Play's Cassandra, Super Play's Dolcelino, Super Play's Domiziano, Super Play's Eternal Flame and Super Play's Black Jewel.
Our imported dogs have had some nice success. Pepper&salt Smart de Pichera from Spain became Junior World Winner 2008 and got two Estonian CACs. Argentinian Dog-Otho’s Kaunas is now EST CH. Russian Russkiy Assorti'c Showboy got his first CAC.
Blacks from Norway Bouvbear's Lift Me and Bouvbear's Just Try and Compare earned their Finnish Championships. Lift Me got also N CH -title. Black females Kuhn Bart Egoza Wildflower and Mayflower Mayqueen Boruzele got their CACs.
In main specialty show Alert Charm Yudgin’s progeny class was BIS2.
Toy poodle Fixus Not To Much got his first CAC and CACIB.
Super Play’s kennel’s most competing agility dog Super Play’s Viper got two class wins with 0-result during the year so he’s just a couple of steps away from his Agility Championship. Super Play’s High Jumper made her way to the 3rd class. The beginners in competitions were Super Play's Hurrigane Harry, Super Play’s Glory Story and Super Play’s Imagine.
Without practice you cannot make perfect. During 2008 we’ve hade several ring and obedience trainings. We’ve also met each other several times in get together days. Every time there has been tens of Super Play’s dogs.
During the year there has born 44 new Super Play’s puppies so we’ve got several new mini schnauzer owners. We exported five dogs: Super Play's Houston to Russia, Super Play's High Noon to Sweden and Super Play's Dolcelino, Super Play's Dionisia & Super Play's Easy-Going to Norway. From Russia we imported Russkiy Assorti'c Showboy.
