Welcome to the Super Play’s website! My life with dogs began in the late 70’s when I had a chance to take care of the boxer puppies in Amkos kennel. The breeder Anna-Maria Koskelainen gave me one of those puppies (Amkos Lollobrigida, “Lollo”) which was my first own dog. My first giant schnauzer was Famulus Awera, “Veera”. The year was 1989 and I was full of enthusiasm for training Veera. The results were great, Veera ended up being dual-champion. I would like to thank kennel Amkos and Famulus breeders who have given me valuable advice of dog breeding. In 1993 I got the giant schnauzer male Stablemaster’s Super Play (“Pele”). He had a wonderful show career. “Pele” was the dog of the year in Finland 1995 (all breeds), the dog of the year 1996 in Norway and Denmark (all breeds) and also the working champion. I have named my kennel after “Pele”. My first pepper&salt miniature schnauzer was Beries Micronette (“Nette”) and she was born in 1992. She had two litters in Stablemaster’s kennel because at that time I didn’t have the kennel of my own. In “Nette’s” second litter there was a female Stablemaster’s Nonchalant (“Tessa”) which has been my foundation bitch. The first pepper&salt litter was born in 1997 and first black litter 2006. I want also to co-operate with foreign breeders. I have imported many stud dogs and brood bitches from different countries as well as exported several promising puppies abroad. As a breeder I want to base my breeding on the good breed type in both temperament and appearance. I also want to quarantee that all the dogs I've bred and owned can have a chance to live a happy life. That's why I want to keep the number of dogs at my home low. This is possible because of the wonderful co-owners of my dogs. I want that every single dog, even though they are used for breeding and showing, can live with their own families and have the life they have deserved.
